Toyota’s goal is to have a balance between safety, and technology that all revolves around the drivers for each and every one of their cars. Toyota works to improve vehicles that have low emissions, reduce traffic accidents, all while considering the comfort and increase the pleasure of driving in a Toyota vehicle.
Toyota works hard to ensure they meet and exceed the safety standards around the world, as an automotive maker they view safety as their first priority above all else.
One of Toyota’s important tests that all their vehicles go though is called VSC. VSC help controls slip caused by a drivers sudden steering during high-seeds and snowy roads. Along side VSC they test better ways to improve ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) which helps drivers to stop on ice and snow, and a newer technology called Brake Assist that is a safety system designed to allow the vehicle to determine situations that require emergency braking. These are only a touch into what Toyota works on for safety technology.
